WrestleZone’s Top Ten: Ladder Matches

Number 1: Edge and Christian vs. The Hardy's vs. The Dudley Boys: WrestleMania X-7

This is no contest, as it is easily the best and most exciting TLC or Ladder match of all time. It was Part Two, and was better than part one. With Jeff Hardy hanging on the rope that held the titles, Edge would jump from the rope and spear him off, still one of the best spots of all time in professional wrestling. The sheer excellence portrayed in this match, the Dudley's once again stretching their athletic limits, and Jeff and Matt continuing to highlight what they were capable of. All of these elements mixed together to give us moments we can never forget. Swanton through a table, or a 3-D through some wood were more moments that gave us something to remember forever. TLC II will go down as the best ladder match of all time, and raised a bar that has not been surpassed in the past decade.

Currently, Josh Isenberg works for Major League Baseball in their Advanced Media Productions. He grew up in Pittsburgh and went to Point Park University, which is where Chair Shot Reality is filmed each week.
His life outside of his obsession with wrestling include being a savant for Seinfeld, NFL, NBA, MLB and many television shows. He also has an undying love for musicals, which includes many shows he was a part of in high school. Some of his favorite wrestling moments can be linked to such superstars as Edge, The Rock, Bret Hart, Shawn Michaels and The Great Khali.
