Sheamus vs. Heath Slater Review:

Sheamus gets the early offense, pounding away at the body of Slater. Sheamus goes up top, but is stopped by a drop kick from Slater. On the outside, Slater stomps away at Sheamus' chest. Back inside the ring, Sheamus chops away with forearms as Slater is between the ropes. Sheamus sets up Slater for the Brogue Kick, but Slater ducks. Sheamus gets caught in the ropes, as Slater hits a neckbreaker for a two count. Slater heads to the top rope, but meets the Brogue Kick in mid air, and Sheamus wins with the High Cross for the victory.

Reaction:

A good start to WWE Superstars. I was skeptical how both of these men would work together. Slater showed a lot of offense, shockingly enough, on Sheamus with some high flying maneuvers. I am alright with Sheamus on here, because he was also a big part of Smackdown. If you are going to try and boost WWE Superstars' views, bring the big guns, and seeing Sheamus really intrigued me to be on here. The match had a solid pace, with both men controlling a few minutes each, until Sheamus took over for the win. This segment gets a B+, as we know Sheamus is good, but we saw a lot from Slater.

Brodus Clay vs. Pete Gibson Review:

Two minutes, match over. The same typical match from Clay. He hits four or five moves, and finished with his off the rope body splash on Gibson.

Reaction:

Same match, different week. Please give Clay some competition already. It has been one month, and it is time for him to be tested with his ability to sell moves. Clay has a look and has offensive power, but now is time to stop this ridiculous squash match after match. This segment gets a D. Useless.

Justin Gabriel vs. JTG Review:

Gabriel starts off the match with a dropkick gain the quick advantage. JTG kicks away at Gabriel, until he uses shoulder thrusts in the corner to slow down the quick Gabriel. Gabriel gets back on the offense with a suplex, but JTG hits the ropes to have Gabriel fall to the mat. JTG grounds and pounds Gabriel, and connects with a kick to the head. JTG hits a swinging neckbreaker. Both men exchange back and forth punches, and Gabriel goes up top again, this time hitting the 450 splash for the win.

Reaction:

A decent match between these two. Gabriel continues to show his excitement in the ring. I know that JTG is a heel, but he still hasn't gotten over as it for me. JTG, in my opinion, has ability in the ring, but does not stand out whatsoever. He seems like a bland, typical heel who cannot get over with the crowd. I expected a fast paced match here, but it seemed to miss a few little spots and dragged down the pace of the match. Gabriel is best when he faces someone who has his speed, but that is hard to find. Nonetheless, this match was good, solid, but there just wasn't something that i took out of it with an awe factor. This segment gets a C.
