3. SummerSlam 2005
It was perhaps one of the best built programs and entertaining matches on various levels in the past decade, as HBK took on Hogan in Washington D.C.. From the on-screen feud that was developed to the behind the scenes of Hogan and protecting his legacy plus Michaels responding by flopping around the ring in a larger than life manner, this SummerSlam goes down in history. It was one of the few events where there was a match larger than the title fight and got to end the night. Also a good build up to the Orton versus Undertaker match.
