WWE Stars Who Could Make Use Of Transfer Window

WWE has been hyping up a transfer window for the past several weeks. Michael Cole previously noted that the General Managers of RAW, SmackDown and NXT were working together to move superstars across all three brands.

While you are waiting for WWE to confirm which superstars will pass through the transfer window, this writer is back with another piece of fantasy booking on the six superstars (and teams) who could benefit from a change of scenery.

WWE SmackDown could benefit from having Lash Legend & Jakara Jackson

WWE SmackDown first witnessed the Meta Girls in action on October 11, 2024. Though the pair failed to win the Women’s Tag Team Championship, they most certainly made an impact on the blue brand. Though Lash Legend impress in her singles outing against Piper Niven, she failed to advance in the Women’s United States Championship Tournament.

The WWE women’s tag team division desperately needs TV time. SmackDown getting an extra hour would, ideally, enable Triple H to push the women’s tag division. Plus, having an established tag team in Miss Lash and Miss Jackson would only add to the depth of the tag roster. Nick Aldis better have papers ready for Meta Girls to sign because they’re ready for the main roster.

The Street Profits could get better opportunities on RAW

The Street Profits are incredibly talented, there’s just no arguing that. That said, WWE continues to fumble them. Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford were, at one point, the biggest rivals of The Usos. Their feud in 2022 was incredible to watch. They were better booked under Vince McMahon. (Yeah, I said that. Leveque’s creative direction for them has been underwhelming.)

A move to RAW would, ideally, be a fresh start for Ford and Dawkins. As for B-Fab, she could potentially go after the Women’s United States Championship and establish herself as a singles star in the process. Having the Profits on RAW could be a great opportunity to kick off a feud with reigning World Tag Team Champions War Raiders.

American Made has teased a move to WWE SmackDown

American Made was one of the major RAW teams to tease a potential move to SmackDown. Chad Gable even had a singles match against Cody Rhodes to prove he didn’t suck. Master Gable didn’t win that night but he hurt Rhodes bad enough for Kevin Owens to jump the Undisputed WWE Champion.

American Made’s 2024 run was underwhelming. They were fed to the Wyatts before finding themselves butting heads with Gable’s former team in the Alpha Academy. This could all change in 2025 if Nick Aldis decides SmackDown could make use of a former Olympian, siblings with legit wrestling background and the first female champion of NBC’s Titan Games.

LA Knight needs to go after RAW’s Intercontinental Championship

Some men look great chasing titles. Others are championship material. LA Knight is a bit of both. His United States title program with Logan Paul was super entertaining. Even the title run was pretty decent until Triple H decided to end it prematurely. Now that Knight has tasted SmackDown’s midcard title, it’s time to focus on the workman’s title on RAW.

If Gunther was the last WWE superstar to really elevate the championship, Knight could be the next person to once again restore it’s lineage. No disrespect to Bron Breakker, he’s a great champion but he doesn’t have Knight’s charisma. While Triple H won’t probably do a face versus face program, he could book Knight versus Ludwig Kaiser for the title somewhere down the line.

Damian Priest to WWE SmackDown

Damian Priest dominated RAW’s world title picture from WrestleMania to Summerslam 2024. However, it would take Priest’s Judgment Day stablemate Finn Balor to cost him the world title against Gunther. The Archer of Infamy has since failed to reclaim the World Heavyweight Championship from the Ring General.

With Gunther expected to take his World Heavyweight Championship to WWE SmackDown in near future, Priest would (ideally) follow suit. This brand swap would arguably offer fresh competition, allowing them to flex their muscles while picking their heated feud from Monday Night RAW.

The Bloodline to RAW

The Bloodline has been SmackDown’s top act since 2020. It’s hard to imagine the blue brand (at least it’s modern iteration) without the group. They have been responsible for delivering the some of the highest rated segments on cable television. Assuming Roman Reigns moves to RAW via the transfer window, the OTC could very well force the New Bloodline to follow suit.

Plus, with The Rock expected to make his highly-anticipated return on Netflix, the red brand could get its very foundation shaken by The Final Boss and the rogue group that’s presumably tied to him since the first SmackDown after WrestleMania. The fate of The Bloodline will be decided when Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa collide on January 6.
