It’s almost time for WWE RAW!
WWE returns to Denver, CO, for the Bash in Berlin fallout episode of RAW. Gunther, Liv Morgan, Damian Priest, Jey Uso, Dominik Mysterio, and Drew McIntyre are advertised for the show.
Here’s what’s on tap for the September 2 episode of Monday Night RAW.
Zelina Vega vs. Shayna Baszler on WWE RAW
Zelina Vega was put on the self by Pure Fusion Collective weeks ago.
The LWO member returned to cause a distraction for Baszler and Stark during their tag team match against Damage CTRL last week on WWE RAW.
Tonight, Vega and Baszler go one-on-one.
Alpha Academy vs. American Made
The storyline between Alpha Academy and American Made took a new turn when Ivy Nile pledged her allegiance to American Made at Maxxine Dupri’s expense.
The former friends squared off on 8/19 RAW only for Wyatt Sicks to cause a distraction.
Nile joins forces with The Creed Brothers to take on Maxxine, Otis and Tozawa in mixed tag team action on RAW tonight.
Women’s Tag Team Championship win celebration & no. 1 contender’s match
Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill dethroned The Unholy Union for the women’s tag team titles at WWE Bash in Berlin. The pair celebrates their big win tonight on WWE RAW.
Speaking of tag team titles, Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn have an opportunity to get a shot at the titles they lost in Germany. The deadly duo takes on Damage CTRL’s IYO SKY and Kairi Sane, with the winners earning a tag title shot.
Intercontinental title tournament continues on WWE RAW
Jey Uso and Pete Dunne both advanced to the next round of the Intercontinental Championship Tournament last week on RAW. Uso bested Kofi Kingston and Karrion Kross. The Bruseriweight, on the other hand, made his way past The Miz and Xavier Woods.
The tournament continues tonight with two triple threat qualifying matches. Dominik Mysterio, Ilja Dragunov and Dragon Lee will collide in a three-way. Sheamus, Ludwig Kaiser and Bronson Reed will square off as well.
What’s next for CM Punk & Drew McIntyre?
CM Punk and Drew McIntyre went to war in Germany. The Scottish Warrior took pleasure in cutting the Straight Edge Superstar wide open. But Punk’s resilience far surpassed Drew’s paranoia in front of a capacity crowd at Berlin’s Uber Arena.
It took multiple GTS for Punk to finally put away McIntyre and tap all four corners of the turnbuckle for the win. With his prized bracelet firmly back on his wrist, there’s nothing stopping Punk from going after the world title.
Or is there?
WrestleZone will have full coverage of WWE RAW as it airs.
