SmackDown will go down at the Uber Arena in Berlin, Germany. Cody Rhodes, LA Knight, Tiffany Stratton, Nia Jax, The Bloodline, Kevin Owens, and Bayley are advertised for the show.
Here’s what’s on tap for the final SmackDown before Bash in Berlin.
Andrade vs. Carmelo Hayes?
WWE teased a match between the pair during their confrontation on the August 23 episode of SmackDown.
Both superstars had their first singles match against each other on 7/19 WWE SmackDown, where Andrade picked up the win. El Idolo took the score to 2-0 two weeks later before Melo gained a fluke win in their third outing.
WWE hasn’t confirmed a match between the pair for SmackDown in Berlin, but could announce it in the lead-up to the show.
United States Title open challenge on WWE SmackDown
LA Knight beat Logan Paul for the United States Championship at SummerSlam 2024. Speaking of Paul, the Prime sensation said he wanted a rematch for the title. WWE hasn’t confirmed a rematch at the time of this writing.
Knight successfully retained his United States Championship against Santos Escobar previously on WWE SmackDown. The Megastar announced an open challenge, which is set for tonight’s episode of the blue brand.
Who will step up to the champion? We’ll know in a few hours.
Nia Jax (c) vs. Michin – Street Fight for the WWE Women’s Championship
Nia Jax and Michin have been butting heads for weeks. The feud began after a hostile interaction between the two women. Jax would attack Michin only for the latter to bring a kendo stick to the fight.
After Jax defeated Bayley for the WWE Women’s Championship at SummerSlam 2024, she came across Michin as her first opponent on television for the title. The two superstars will collide in a Street Fight on WWE SmackDown in Berlin.
