It’s almost time for WWE NXT.
WWE has already announced a couple of segments and matches for their Tuesday show. So, without further do, let’s dive right into it.
Two NXT Women’s North American Title qualifying matches
This week’s episode of WWE NXT will feature two qualifying matches for the NXT Women’s North American Championship. Michin (aka Mia Yim) takes on Tatum Paxley, while Kelani Jordan squares off against Wren Sinclair. Yim had previously defeated Arianna Grace on May 7 WWE NXT.
The winners of these qualifiers will join Sol Ruca, Lash Legend, Fallon Henley, Jaida Parker in the six-pack ladder match for the Women’s North American Championship at NXT Battleground. Who will come out as the winner?

Ridge Holland vs. Riley Osborne
Ridge Holland tried to find a new home in Chase U, but it just doesn’t seem to be working out for him. Holland and Riley Osborne tagged against The Good Brothers last week on WWE NXT.
The match ended with a win for Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson after Osborne inadvertently took out Holland with a dropkick. Holland and Osborne go one-on-one tonight on WWE NXT.
WWE NXT Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez’s Battleground opponent will be revealed
Roxanne Perez became a two-time NXT Women’s Champion at Stand & Deliver 2024. She’d retain her title in a triple threat also involving Lyra Valkyria and Tatum Paxley at NXT Spring Breakin’ Week 1.
The reigning NXT Women’s Champion will learn her opponent for Battleground tonight. Will it be someone from NXT or a superstar from the main roster? We will find out in a couple of hours.
Trick Willams & Je’Von Evans vs. Gallus
Gallus caused chaos backstage with their return two weeks on WWE NXT. Joe and Mark Coffey and Wolfgang (kayfabe) took out Ivar from action. The trio would attack NXT Champion Trick Williams and his friend Je’Von Evans as well.
The babyfaces have a hue opportunity to settle the score tonight. Can Trick and Evans survive the intensity of Gallus, or will the notorious group once again take out the NXT Champion and the high-flying Evans?
Sexyy Red comes to WWE NXT
NXT is about to get a dose of Sexyy Red this week. The “Pound Town” rapper hyped her NXT arrival last week with a tweet. Red said she might RKO somebody. NXT would confirm her arrival shortly afterward.
Sexyy rapper has been a lifelong pro wrestling fan. She previously uploaded a video of her dancing to her own rendition of Shawn Michaels’ Sexy Boy theme song. Stay tuned to Wrestlezone for complete coverage of WWE NXT as it airs.
