Chris Jericho is the master of reinvention, but this isn’t something that we’ve known about since recently. He’s always been this way and at the young age of 49 is thriving as AEW’s inaugural World Champion. It seemed like the best decision for someone of his caliber and experience to carry the title and he’s doing exactly that.
The formation of the Inner Circle has certainly helped his stature and this could go on to become one of the most exciting runs of his career. To achieve that at being just shy of 50 is a phenomenal achievement and one that will be appreciated a lot more once the years go by.
