WWE Extreme Rules 2019 was quite a solid PPV for WWE and has gone to prove that WWE is in very consistent form now when it comes to PPVs. Luckily, there were very few superstars who really flopped at the PPV. If anything, most superstars managed to up their game in a big way.
Whether or not it’s the Paul Heyman effect or anything else, it seemed clear that every superstar wanted to bring it in a big way. Hopefully, this helps boost the locker room morale and we get a better product in the future. Extreme Rules was an extremely interesting stepping stone to the second biggest PPV of the year – SummerSlam.
