Another thing that WWE fans constantly complain about the product is the predictability to it. While the criticism isn’t fully unfair in itself, concepts like the 24/7 title definitely add an element of unpredictability to it. Nobody would have expected that Titus O’ Neil would lose the title in seconds and nobody saw R-Truth tricking his way into the title.
There are many superstars who can benefit from it and WWE has several ways of making unpredictable moments from the title.
