#4.) vs Dolph Ziggler – TLC 2014
TLC 2014 was a fairly weak card from a historical standpoint, but either way, the show could not have had a better start. When you have two world-class workers going at it in a ladder match for the Intercontinental title, its safe to say that the PPV would get off to a hot start. And that’s exactly what happened when Harper defended the IC title against Ziggler.
Naturally, they stole the show and Harper continued to prove why he was one of the best workers on the roster. Unfortunately for him, his title reign would end at a brief 27 days, but he proved in the match that it should have been much longer.
