SmackDown Live’s Shinsuke Nakamura may have fallen down the pecking order quite a bit over the last year, but one major way to salvage his run would be to make him Kurt Angle’s handpicked final opponent. It would put him near the status of his match last year, and though WWE may not utilize Nakamura to his best anymore, the fact of the matter is that he’s still the same world-class talent that they signed in 2016.
It would undoubtedly be a really good match, and a good rub for Nakamura to get if he were to beat him.
