Kofi Kingston should definitely get a lot of credit, but not enough people are buzzing about Daniel Bryan and how great his performance was at Elimination Chamber. From his very entrance, he began his preachy promos and continued to establish himself as a bitter, hated heel. The fact that Kofi Kingston was so hot only helped his cause, and from the eliminations to the storytelling, Bryan did a great job in making the crowd want to root for Kofi.
The finish was in a way that it didn’t entirely suck the air out of the building, but it definitely further helped Bryan in his heel run, denying someone who fans badly wanted to see become WWE Champion. It’s going to be interesting to see what happens come WrestleMania.
