#4.) Drew Gulak
It’s amazing how far Drew Gulak has come as well. He entered the division with little to no buzz, didn’t have a very great showing at the Cruiserweight Classic, and many fans who weren’t familiar with him had already written him off. However, Gulak has come a long way and has already proven just how versatile a talent he is.
He’s been a heel, but a very good one, especially since he’s not the stereotypical Cruiserweight high-flyer. In fact, his storyline with Mustafa Ali about making 205 Live a “No Fly Zone” was actually one of the most entertaining stories in WWE at the time. Gulak is a masterclass technician and he is just as capable of putting on a classic as many main eventers in WWE are.
Hopefully, it translates to a run with the Cruiserweight title, because there are a few more deserving of it.
