#4.) WWE Championship match – Elimination Chamber 2012

Unfortunately, CM Punk didn’t have a great Elimination Chamber either. Sure, he won the match, but not in an iconic way that many legends of the past have.  The line-up of stars who he faced wasn’t as bad comparatively as the World Heavyweight title match, but the overall contest itself was quite underwhelming.

It wasn’t the type of match you expected that would decide something crucial such as who will be world champion heading into WrestleMania. Punk would win and Chris Jericho, who was also a contestant in the match, won a battle royal to earn the right to face CM Punk at WrestleMania. That turned out to be a great match.
