It’s crazy to think that The Phenomenal AJ Styles rose to the top in WWE the way he did. It took him just 9 months to win his first WWE Championship, but it was his second reign that truly established his status in WWE. He would reign as a babyface fighting champion for over a year, joining a very elite list in the process.
In fact, seeing AJ Styles with the WWE Championship became normal to such an extent that when he lost it, it became odd to see him walk around without the title. WWE clearly trusts AJ Styles to carry the blue brand, and it won’t be surprising if he wins the match and ends up walking into WrestleMania 35 as a 3-time WWE Champion.
