#5.) Finn Balor
Finn Balor may not have won his Universal Championship match, but he walked out of it looking like a million bucks. Fans didn’t expect him to win against Brock Lesnar anyway, and they certainly didn’t know what to expect from the match. However, Balor brought it to The Beast Incarnate from the get-go and would go at it hard for a full 8 minutes before ultimately submitting to Lesnar’s Kimura lock.
Lesnar sold well for Balor, and though it was a very short match, Balor was made to look like a legitimate threat. Lesnar’s post-match attack on Balor only validated that.
