The NXT Championship match against Sami Zayn would mark the conclusion of an incredible story. Zayn was the lovable underdog who kept failing time and again in his attempt at the NXT Championship. It was an emotionally-fuelled match ,and though Neville was well-liked, fans badly wanted to see Zayn win the big one.
The match saw some of the most fantastic storytelling in NXT history and the two friends and rivals would put on a match that would never be forgotten Zayn would finally win the big one.
