#4.) Polar opposite characters

We mentioned how the story helped further their characters. But one of the major reasons as to why it did so was that Cesaro and Sheamus were two completely different characters. Cesaro was a popular babyface, while Sheamus was an arrogant heel. They stood for everything opposite and despite this, they admittedly were a very good tag team. They just weren’t able to overcome The New Day at first, but once they started finding their footing, they slowly began to become a more cohesive unit.

Their journey from being opposite characters to practically becoming one unit was a fascinating transition to watch.
