#4.) He started wrestling at the age of 15
Kenny Omega had two options as a potential job: A professional wrestler or a hockey goalie. While his parents hoped he would go for Hockey as he even got a scholarship for it, Omega ended up trying his luck in the independent scene. He started out by handing out fliers and after that, he began taking bumps in the ring.
Though the trainer didn’t do much at the time, Omega started learning through watching wrestling tapes and he became a student of the game from a very early age.
