5 Things You Didn’t Know About Karl Anderson

#5.) Got into wrestling because of MTV

At a young age, Karl Anderson saw an MTV documentary titled True Life: I’m a Pro Wrestler, which followed the legendary Les Thatcher‘s wrestling school called “Les Thatcher’s Main Event Pro Wrestling Camp” in Cincinnati. He seemed to finally find his calling and enrolled for the school, where he got in.

His association with the school didn’t last too long, however, due to his issues with concussions and other management-related problems. He left after three months but revealed that he’s in very good terms with Les Thatcher. The school also gave him his first major opportunity as he would become associated with Heartland Wrestling Association.
