#3.) Winning the United States Championship
Baron Corbin, after a frustrating few months finally had a breakthrough in 2017 when he began feuding with then-United States Champion AJ Styles. Interestingly enough, Tye Dillinger also got involved in the rivalry (to take the pinfall, of course). They had a fun little feud and it culminated at Hell In A Cell in a rather entertaining match-up.
Here, Corbin beat them both to become the United States Champion. Though his reign didn’t last long, it was still his first-ever title in WWE. For Styles, losing the US title would lead to a step up as he became WWE Champion hardly a month later.
