For a while towards the end of his NXT run, Corbin somewhat played the role of a gatekeeper, being the first one to feud with new NXT superstars. The current crop of NXT stars is probably the best the yellow brand roster has ever had. One of the most anticipated call-ups happens to be none other than former NXT Champion Aleister Black.
Black has proven to be the complete package, having a unique look, a great move set, and an even more intriguing character. The best part about Black is that there are layers to his character that we’ve never seen before. Corbin would be a great welcoming feud as he could have a rivalry with Black for a couple of PPVs and put him over.
