#4.) His original WWE debut

There’s a common perception that Dolph Ziggler’s original debut was with the Spirit Squad. This isn’t true. Back in 2005 when Chavo Guerrero was playing a stereotypical rich, Caucasian suburban man, a video package introduced Nick Nemeth as his Caddy.

They would wrestle together in a tag team match on Sunday Night Heat. The gimmick was never going to work and after Eddie Guerrero‘s death, he stopped the Kerwin White character altogether. Ziggler, meanwhile, was sent back to developmental where he became a part of the Spirit Squad. One can only imagine that he wouldn’t have reached the same levels of success had he been a caddy or male cheerleader for a long period of time.
