#3.) Sole Survivor at Survivor Series 2014
Dolph Ziggler was a part of Team Cena when they took on Team Authority in an attempt to oust the faction from power. There’s little doubt that Ziggler took Roman Reigns‘ spot (due to his injury at the time) and was given the very same role that Roman Reigns would have gotten.
Regardless, he turned out to be the beneficiary as he would eliminate the final three members of Team Authority despite being the last one standing from Team Cena. Thanks to an incredible debut and assist from Sting, Ziggler was able to pin Seth Rollins to become the sole survivor. It was an incredible moment that made it seem like big things were coming for Ziggler, even for the time being.
