Drew Galloway and Roderick Strong had a fantastic series of matches at EVOLVE. Galloway, then the EVOLVE Champion took on Roderick Strong in a non-title match. As one would imagine, calling this match hard-hitting would be an understatement.
Both Strong and Galloway put everything on the line, with Galloway giving an incredible display of just how talented he is as an in-ring competitor. Roderick Strong turned out to be an opponent who he had natural chemistry, and after an incredible match that saw a big kick-out fest, McIntyre beat Strong clean.
A bitter Roderick Strong assaulted him post-match, continuing their feud that ended at EVOLVE 44.
