McKenzie Mitchell Is Open To Returning To TNA Wrestling For A Couple Appearances

McKenzie Mitchell comments on a potential return to TNA Wrestling.

Before coming aboard to WWE, McKenzie Mitchell spent three years under the IMPACT Wrestling banner as a live tweeter, writer, and backstage interviewer. On January 13, IMPACT Wrestling will usher in a new era as they begin their rebrand into TNA Wrestling. Given her history with the IMPACT/TNA Wrestling, Mitchell, who was recently released from WWE, was asked about the potential to return to the promotion.

“It would be a homecoming if I did come back to IMPACT,” Mitchell told WrestleZone’s Ella Jay. “A ton of my friends still work there — Deonna Purrazzo, Jordynne Grace, Gail Kim. I absolutely love Gail Kim. We still keep in contact and just randomly will message occasionally. So that would be really fun. I think if a unique situation presented itself to where it worked out with IMPACT, I could certainly see myself going back for a couple gigs. I just think we’ll have to figure out when and if it makes sense for me in the path that I’m on in 2024.”

Note: Deonna Purrazzo is now an official member of the AEW roster.

Professional Goals For 2024

While the direction for Mitchell’s future in the professional wrestling world remains unknown, she remains heavily involved in the jewelry business, in which she has built with her own brand — Headline by MM. When discussing her business goals for 2024, Mitchell noted that she’d like to add a men’s jewelry line to her collection. Mitchell also teased an exciting business transaction with a figure in the music world.

“I am currently in the process of getting a custom piece on someone. I cannot tell you who, but it would be really awesome in the music industry. So I’ve made a custom piece for her already. It’s in her possession. It’s just a matter of when it will come out,” Mitchell said. “And I want to continue just to build my brand. I think now I have a clear focus, and I’m able to just put all my efforts and creative abilities into Headline and see where I can take it, and what I can create and what heights it can be taken to.”
