Winner- Jaida Parker
Grade: A
Since this is ECW night, this writer won’t grade garbage matches as harshly as usual… that said, the Philly crowd gave Vice and Parker a standing ovation midway through the match. This match was incredible to watch, as Vice and Parker embodied the ECW spirit tonight( Vice hit a Tommy Dreamer-style DDT, which was a nice touch). They teased but didn’t use any tables, as they are smartly saving that for the main event. Less is more, and Parker and Vice kept to chairs and kendo sticks for the most part. I don’t know where Parker got a brick from, but she has cemented herself as the Hardcore Queen on NXT.

Evans takes Lee out with a dive. Super Cutter by Evans. Evans lands a frog splash for the win.
Winner- Je’Von Evans
Grade: B
Lee worked surprisingly well here as the heel in the match, leading Evans and making him look like a million bucks in the process. We have been getting glimpses of Lee’s vicious streak over the past few weeks, but it was on full display in this match. The brainbuster on the ringsteps is the stuff nightmares are made out of. The finish was a bit strange, as it seemed RVD was supposed to take Lee out with a Van Daminator, but the spot was awkward, and Lee and RVD seemed to be following two different scripts.
NXT GM AVA Makes an Announcement
Ava puts over the Philly fans and announces that NXT is going back on the road, and at NXT Deadline, the Iron Survivor Challenge will return. Mr. Stone interrupts and dumps all over the Philly fans. Boston fans and New York fans are more hardcore. The lights go out, and Rhyno appears! Mr Stone turns around, and Rhyno Gores Mr. Stone into next week.
Grade: A+
The lights going out in the ECW Arena + Rhyno appearing and Goring someone into oblivion = an A+ from this writer.

Williams rolls out of the ring, but there are no tables under the ring. The Dudley Boys’ music hits. D-von Dudley walks out on the stage with a table! Williams and Bubba chokeslam Page through the table.
Grade: C
This match seemed off from the start. It was odd that this match was in the middle of the show, but after seeing it… this writer understands. The sloppiness of the match aside, the finish was nonsensical. Is the only way to get a title shot against Williams to pin him? Has an NXT Champion been pinned in more non-title matches than Williams?
Booking Williams like this makes him look weak. What are we doing here? Who is this for? The spot with D-Von was fun, and the crowd got their table spot, just not the table spot any of us wanted. No 3D? No table powerbomb? And I mean with Bubba and Williams, not Bubba and D-Von. D-Von isn’t interested in doing anything physical, but there is no reason Williams and Bubba can’t do more than just the Wassup.
NXT North American Championship Match: Tony D’Angelo (c) w/The Family vs. Nunzio w/Tony Mamaluke

Winner- Tony D’Angelo
After the match, everyone embraces.
Grade: D
This isn’t a knock at Nunzio. Nunzio is fine… but we have gone from Oba Femi squashing giants to… this. Nunzio is legit, but considering this is early in D’Angelo’s run, this is not the best way to showcase him as a champion. This was just bad.
