One of the latest signees of AEW is former WWE United States Champion Ricochet. He made his official debut back in August at the AEW All In: London pay-per-view. Since then, he has had two championship opportunities. Both of them have been for the AEW International Championship. Unfortunately, the former WWE Superstar was unsuccessful in both attempts. Now, he is trying to climb back up the ladder. Last week on Dynamite, MVP shared his interest in recruiting Ricochet. MVP also suggested that both he and The One and Only should start fresh.
Ricochet has been wrestling on Collision and Rampage for the past couple of weeks. His Collision run will continue this weekend as well. The former WWE United States Champion will be wrestling another former WWE Superstar and former NXT Cruiserweight Champion, Lio Rush.
AEW President Tony Khan took to Twitter to announce that Ricochet will be wrestling Lio Rush for the first time ever on AEW Television. They will be wrestling on the October 26th edition of AEW Collision.
