1/2 WWE RAW Viewership Bounces Back After Drop With ‘Best Of’ Show

WWE RAW viewership technically increased, but the numbers dipped from the previous standard episode of the show.

According to Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics, 1.605 million viewers tuned in on Monday, which is up from last week (1.075 million viewers.) However, the viewership is down from the December 19 episode, which drew 1.705 million viewers. It’s important to note that the December 26 episode was the Best of 2022 highlight show.

In the 18 to 49 demographic, RAW scored a 0.41, which is up from last week (0.27 rating) but down compared to the December 19 episode (0.43).

Per Thurston, RAW ranked #11 in the demographic among cable originals on Monday. Showbuzz Daily reports that the three hours of RAW placed eleventh, twelfth, and thirteenth.

The hourly breakdown, courtesy of Showbuzz Daily, is as follows:

  • First hour: 1.832 million viewers, 0.46 in the 18 to 49 demographic
  • Second hour: 1.597  million viewers, 0.42 in the 18 to 49 demographic
  • Third hour: 1.387 million, 0.36 in the 18 to 49 demographic

This week’s episode opened with The Bloodline invading WWE RAW and declaring that they were going to take over the show. This brought out Kevin Owens, WWE official Adam Pearce, and the rest of the RAW locker room to run the group off before announcing the four men for matches later on in the show. The main event saw Austin Theory defeat Seth “Freakin” Rollins to retain the WWE United States Championship.
