Mick Foley Announced As Special Guest Referee For Hell In A Cell Main Event

WWE Hall Of Famer Mick Foley appeared on Monday Night Raw, interrupting Elias during another performance to deliver news about the Hell In A Cell pay-per-view this Sunday. Initially presumed to commemorate the 20th anniversary of his classic Hell In A Cell match with The Undertaker, Foley instead told the WWE audience and Elias that he wanted to participate at the event instead. He broke the news that he will be the special guest referee for the WWE Universal Title match between Roman Reigns and Braun Strowman, bridging the past with the future.
