Potential Roman Reigns SummerSlam ‘Heel Turn’
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that the post-SummerSlam WWE live show main events will feature Braun Strowman vs Roman Reigns.
According to the Observer,
“For what it’s worth, at the present time, the planned fall Raw live event main events are Reigns vs. Strowman. They could go face vs. face, but that indicates at least the possibility of one of the two turning.”
Roman Reigns squares off against Universal Champion Brock Lesnar at next Sunday’s SummerSlam pay-per-view. At the same event, Braun Strowman defends his Money in the Bank briefcase against Kevin Owens. With Lesnar likley headed to the UFC to challenge Daniel Cormier, there has been much speculation about a possible Money in the Bank cash-in and impending title change at SummerSlam.
