WWE Files Trademark For Classic PPV Name
PWInsider.com is reporting WWE has filed to trademark ‘Starrcade’ last week.
WWE used the name for a non-televised event last year in Greensboro, North Carolina; it had previously been used by Jim Crockett Promotions as a supershow on Thanksgiving, and later with WCW as a December pay-per-view. It was previously reported that WWE had plans for more events with the Starrcade name.
