Kurt Angle ended up suspending Ronda Rousey an additional week for attacking Mickie James on RAW, but also gave her a chance to get her hands on Alexa Bliss.
Rousey came in through the crowd during Alexa’s celebration promo and chased her and Mickie James around the ringside area. Rousey ended up getting a hold of James and attacked her, but Angle stopped Rousey from attacking the RAW Women’s Champion. He said he did need to suspend her an additional week for violating her suspension, he would also give her a shot at Bliss at Summerslam. Angle offered the title match—if Rousey successfully completes her extended suspension—and doesn’t have any more run-ins or other incidents.
Rousey’s suspension was supposed to be over this Wednesday, but has now been extended another week. If she doesn’t show up and cause trouble next week, expect ‘Rowdy’ Ronda to challenge Bliss at Summerslam.
