A New Hart Foundation To Join Forces At MLW’s Battle Riot In NYC

MLW has announced that Teddy Hart will be tagging with David Hart Smith as they face ACH & Rich Swann at the promotion’s Battle Riot event in New York City. The two Harts will also be accompanied by Brian Pillman II to the ring. You can read MLW’s full press release below:

HART FOUNDATION’S TEDDY HART & DAVEY BOY SMITH JR. (WITH BRIAN PILLMAN II) VS. ACH & RICH SWANN SIGNED FOR MLW’S JULY 19^TH BATTLE RIOT CARD IN NYC

NEW YORK – One of the sport’s most celebrated dynasties will embark on a new era July 19^th at the Melrose Ballroom in Queens, NY.  Major League Wrestling today announced the Hart Foundation’s Teddy Hart & Davey Boy Smith Jr. (with Brian Pillman II) vs. ACH & Rich Swann for July 19^th.

Additionally, all four men will compete in the first-ever Battle Riot® featuring 40 wrestlers as the main event of its July 19^th card and FUSION TV taping in New York City at the Melrose Ballroom in Queens, NY.

The Hart Foundation, a dynastic team, features the controversial Teddy Hart, his globetrotting cousin Davey Boy Smith Jr., and newcomer Brian Pillman II, the son of the late legendary Flyin’ Brian Pillman.

Their opponents, ACH and Rich Swann, recently linked up in MLW to form what many are calling a franchise tag team in the making.  With both teams using a combination of speed, power and innovation, this first-time ever encounter promises to both shock and awe fans in attendance on July 19^th.
