Lana recently spoke to Miami Living Mag and amongst other things, talk about the start of her WWE career. Lana said that she was immediately paired with Rusev, who is now her husband and that she was put on television three months after being in the development program.
Lana also said that she had to learn how to actually wrestle while she was on the road. Her first match was in front of 100,000 people at WrestleMania and her first singles match was for the SmackDown Women’s Championship. Lana said that before her title match, she felt like throwing up because of nerves.
