As noted by PWInsider, on this day 24 years ago, a WWE tradition was born when the first ever Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony took place in Baltimore, Maryland. While the HOF was actually created one year prior with Andre The Giant being the historic first inductee, no actual ceremony took place.
