Jim Ross recently spoke to MMA Junkie radio and lavished praise on Ronda Rousey‘s WWE debut at WrestleMania. JR called it the “most impactful” debut he’d seen in his 40-year career.
JR added:
“But she had so much pressure on her. The hype was amazing. The expectations were mixed. Some die-hard wrestling fans don’t even like her being there, which is absolutely insane. They are [sic] and goofy, no doubt about that. So, I was absolutely blown away by what she did and how she executed. She looked like an athlete; we knew she is an athlete. She’s a winner.”

Jim Ross also had a message for those who said Ronda Rousey lost her last 2 UFC fight. JR reminded them that Ronda had not only won a lot of fights in the past, but she’s also an Olympic medallist.
