Matt Hardy Says the “Broken” Gimmick in WWE Is a Matter of ‘When’ Not ‘If’

WWE has released a new 14 minute interview with The Hardys on the WWE Network, and it’s likely a portion of the interview will air on tonight’s new episode of “Bring it to the Table”.

During the interview, which is hosted by Corey Graves, The Hardys were asked about the status of their “Broken” gimmicks, and the possibility of them being able to use the gimmicks in WWE. Matt said that it felt odd going back to being the “regular” Hardys when they returned to WWE, and he added the following on possibly being “Broken” in WWE:

“I definitely think there is a chance. It’s a work in progress. Unfortunately, due to legal reasons, I really can’t go into it right now but I find it very flattering and humbling that every time we come and wrestle in front of the WWE Universe, they chant and they address it and they acknowledge it.

“When it happens, and I’m not going to say if, when it happens, it’s going to be the most exciting thing to hit WWE programming in a long, long time. We’ve got to keep people guessing.”

Nick was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and lived there until the age of 18, when he decided to pack his flack jacket and move to New York City.

Nick attended New York University and graduated in 2001 with a degree in Drama.

Nick first entered the internet wrestling community back in 2004 when he became the co-host of The Voice of Wrestling Radio Show. From there, Nick made the transition from radio personality to editor when he began working with WrestleZone in 2008.

Nick is a member of two Off-Broadway theatre companies, Another Urban Riff, and the Drama Desk Award winning Godlight Theatre Company. Nick has appeared in over a dozen Off-Broadway plays since he moved to New York City, and has shot several short and feature length films. In 2010, he completed principle photography on a film titled "How to Score Your Life," which also features TNA Knockout ODB.

Inspiration in his life has come from many people including his family, Woody Allen, Steven Spielberg, Jack Nicholson, The Beatles, and of course, Lassie.
