AJ Styles & Dolph Ziggler To Compete For WWE Backlash Title Shot, Sheamus Posts On Set Photo, Matches Taped For WWE Main Event

Daniel Bryan announced AJ Styles versus Dolph Ziggler will take place on tonight’s episode of WWE Smackdown Live, with title match implications for WWE Backlash. 

Bryan announced Styles will get a singles match title shot against Dean Ambrose at WWE Backlash if he wins, but if Ziggler wins, he will be added to the match as it would then be a triple threat match.

WWE taped the following matches for this week’s new episode of WWE Main Event: 

Erick Rowan versus Rhyno

Hype Bros versus The Vaudevillains

Sheamus
