More on Roman Reigns Suspension Changing WWE Live Event Plans

As noted, the 30 day WWE suspension of Roman Reigns has forced WWE to change its live event plans, and this weekend’s events will be the first affected as Reigns vs Seth Rollins for the WWE World Title was expected to headline events at the TD Garden in Boston, MA and Sunday’s event at the Amway Center in Orlando.

New advertisements for WWE’s live event in Jacksonville, FL, which is running at the same time as the event in Orlando, has Ambrose defending the WWE World Title against Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens in a Triple Threat match.

Jacksonville is about a 2 hour drive from Orlando, meaning it could be possible for Ambrose to work one event then head straight to the other to defend the title again.

Names Advertised for Post-WWE Brand Split Live Event

On September 25th, WWE will be running a live event at the Bryce Jordan Center in University Park, PA, and the following names are being advertised: Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose, WWE Women’s Champion Charlotte, WWE Tag Team Champions The New Day, WWE Intercontinental Champion The Miz, Kevin Owens, Cesaro, Kalisto, The Usos, and Becky Lynch.

It’s unknown at this time whether or not the event will be a Raw or Smackdown brand event, and as always the card is subject to change.
