Maryland Championship Wrestling Canceling Tomorrow’s Show
Due to bad weather and safety concerns Maryland Championship Wrestling has decided to cancel their show tomorrow night. You can find the full release with their statements below:
XTREME ANNIVERSARY POSTPONED due to State of Emergency declaration
Joppa, MD – The safety of our fans is paramount. The staff of Maryland Championship Wrestling have been meeting over the past 48 – hours discussing this weekend’s event at the MCW Arena – XTREME ANNIVERSARY. Due to Governor Hogan’s declaration of a State of Emergency, the Maryland State Athletic Commission advised MCW officials early this evening that the event on Saturday, January 23, 2016, must be postponed or canceled.
MCW officials have rescheduled XTREME ANNIVERSARY for Saturday, February 13, 2016, at the MCW Arena, 1000 Joppa Farm Road, Joppa, MD 21085. Doors will open at 5:00 p.m. and bell time will be at 7:30 p.m. Matt and Jeff Hardy will be appearing at this event as originally scheduled.
If you have tickets for January 23, 2016, they will be honored on February 13, 2016. If you need to purchase tickets or need more information on XTREME ANNIVERSARY for Saturday, February 13, 2016, visitwww.MARYLANDWRESTLING.com.
