American Alpha
Jason Jordan and Chad Gable have “American Alpha” as their new team name, according to live reports from tonight’s NXT TV tapings at Full Sail University.
The name American Alpha was previously reported as a new trademark by WWE in December.
Alex Riley
Injured NXT star Alex Riley made his return at tonight’s tapings; he faced Bull Dempsey in a match that will air on the January 27th episode. Riley has been sidelined since May with a knee injury.

Rich Swann
Former independent star and new WWE NXT recruit Rich Swann made his NXT debut tonight, facing Baron Corbin in a match that will air on the January 20th episode of NXT.
