Earlier today Dave Meltzer reported that Sting was legitimately hurt in his match with Seth Rollins last night.

Meltzer has since updated his thoughts on Sting’s injury. Meltzer is now saying that Sting’s injury could be career ending since it is a serious injury to his neck.
