Reddit User’s Backstage Details on Reigns or Bryan Winning the Royal Rumble, How Do WWE Officials View Bryan’s Future?

Reddit user MetsFan4Ever, who is a verified WWE insider, is reporting the WWE locker room is very much divided when it comes to who should win the Royal Rumble match – Daniel Bryan or Roman Reigns.

There are those who feel Reigns should win the match as he is the true future of the company, and the next “John Cena.”

However there are those in the locker room who feel Daniel Bryan should win the match, or this year’s PPV will be another disappointing event like the 2014 Royal Rumble.

With regards to Daniel Bryan’s future in WWE, numerous officials feel it’s very risky to have Daniel Bryan win the Royal Rumble and headline WrestleMania 31, as his past injury issues could become a problem again. There are also Bryan detractors in the company who truly feel Bryan is a “B plus player” and could never truly main event in WWE.

Personally I choose Daniel Bryan.

WWE has this mentality that Roman Reigns must become a mega star by 5:30 this afternoon, as opposed to allowing his star to rise naturally. What’s wrong with having Reigns win the Rumble next year?

Daniel Bryan is certifiably over, so give him the win he deserves, and if his injury status becomes a problem, you have Reigns as a “Plan B.”
