9/15 WWE Raw Viewership
This week’s episode of WWE Raw brought in 3,826,000 viewers, which is the lowest draw for the Monday night show since May 26. The first hour drew 3,900,000 while the second jumped up to 3,949,000, but fell to 3,629,000 for the third and final hour. This is the first time WWE Raw was under 4 million viewers in all three segments since the two-week low period in late May.
We hope to have final ratings information later this evening.
KILLAM: I guess that answers the question as to whether or not the “halftime” strategy worked. I’m not surprised. WWE is only stealing their own fans back from the NFL, because nobody else would know to tune back in for the Cena/Brock segment. The second hour did jump up, but it almost always does anyways.
Lesnar Announced for WWE Interview
Every Wednesday, WWE airs a sit-down interview between Michael Cole and a high-profile guest, who is usually on-screen WWE COO Triple H. This week, “The Game” announced that instead of appearing, he will be replaced by WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar.
In lieu of my weekly interview, an exclusive w/ #WWE World Heavyweight Champion @BrockLesnar will air Wed. at noon on http://t.co/5sH7EUTUJY
