TNA Wrestling held one of their "Basebrawl" events the same evening, June 29th, in Lakewood, New Jersey, and drew a crowd of 1,000 fans.

According to recent live event reports, Dolph Ziggler and Summer Rae have been working together on house shows against Fandango and Layla. They have been working mixed tag matches and the plan is to keep them paired on WWE TV, and the house show run was a test for the feud.
