MVP Talks About Making His TNA Debut in the UK, TNA-WWE Not Being Enemies, Wrestle-1 Partnership & More

MVPFormer WWE Superstar and current TNA wrestler/on-screen "Investor" MVP did an interview to Wrestling101.com during TNA's most recent UK Tour, and shared his thoughts on his return to the pro wrestling world.

"It was spectacular, it was exasperating to have been away for so long and to come back and receive the reception that I did was humbling. The fans remembered me and they were glad to have me back. The whole tour was awesome."

MVP also mentioned that he never saw TNA as "the enemy", even when working for WWE.

"I’ve said for years even when I was with WWE that I want TNA to do well, I never saw TNA as the enemy – that would be ridiculous, I love professional wrestling. Part of the reason why I chose to go to TNA was because it’s not good for the fans or for the industry when there is just one conglomerate and nowhere else to go."

The new TNA "Investor" will be making an appearance on the Ross Report soon with WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross. He will also be participating in a Lethal Lockdown match at TNA's Lockdown PPV next month, for total control of TNA Wrestling, against Dixie Carter's Bobby Roode-captained team.
