Update: NBCU’s Exclusive WWE TV Negotiating Window Expires, More on WWE’s TV Future, Physical Hall of Fame & More

WWEAccording to a new article published by The New York Post, the exclusive negotiating window NBC Universal had with WWE has expired, and NBCU has until Friday of next week to respond to WWE's final offer regarding its TV rights renewal.

The Post also reported a few weeks ago that NBCU was considering building a physical Hall of Fame location for WWE as a deal sweetener to lock up WWE's TV rights. The latest Post report makes no mention of whether or not a Hall of Fame location offer is still on the table.

If WWE and NBCU do not come to terms on a new TV rights deal by Friday, then WWE will be free to negotiate with other potential network suitors, however other network names have yet to be revealed.

PWInsider.com has added that with replays of Raw and Smackdown becoming available to fans via the new WWE Network, WWE feels fans will easily be able to find their TV product, so the company isn't as worried about moving networks if they don't get what they want from NBCU in the new deal offer.
