WWE Divas Tag Team Division?

I know this idea will be openly mocked by the vocal minority that is the internet, but the more these ladies are featured on television, and the more they are given time to work at live events, the better they are going to be. Pro wrestling is a sexist business. You'd be hard pressed to make an argument against that. Women are given 10% the opportunity that men are given. They aren't taken seriously, at least not to draw money, and they've never been considered on the same level. For whatever reason, fans seem to just accept and embrace this as the status quo, and it's pretty appalling if you actually stop to think about it.
You can't use the argument "it's a sport, and sports are exempt because men and women are different" – pro wrestling isn't a sport. It's entertainment. It's athletic show business. So are you telling me women aren't athletically capable? The Williams sisters disagree. Are they just not as good of actors? Scarlett Johansson disagrees AND she's smoking hot.
I'm on a bit of a soapbox rant here, but hear me out. The only reason people don't take the Divas seriously is that WWE doesn't give them the same attention. If you only give women five minutes every week to work, and one spot out of eight on each card, of course they're not going to succeed. Of course they won't draw money. Of course their matches and promos won't be near the same quality as the men. The Divas are at a gigantic handicap, and WWE perpetuates it by following the money, rather than being social pioneers and changing the game.
I like the idea of a Divas tag team division, but ONLY if it means more time for the ladies every single week, on every single show. That includes live events. If they're just going to take and redistribute the same 2% of the card, it won't work. It also means WWE must put more focus on the importance of the Divas – an easy task with the success of Total Divas on the E! network. More time over the long haul equals better matches, better promos, and a less sexist workplace. Hell, tape an extra Divas match before Raw every week, take one from Superstars/Main Event and give them their own weekly spot on the WWE Network. Why not?
